I talk with over a hundred field reps a month and I always ask if they are approaching their local lenders for work. If not, they are probably missing some very good opportunities.
Here’s a link to a site you might want to look at. Seems to me it might be a good place to find out which lenders are hiring and therefore might be busy enough to need your help.

Terry, the link in this post is not working, could you please check and see if its correct.
I am not working for anyone in my local market, actually, would LOVE to take this avenue.

Thanks for letting me know. I checked it out and found that the link is ok but the web site itself is having problems. They now have a notice on the site saying they are having problems.
