You already know this but I like to back up some of the suggestions I give; especially if I have covered it elsewhere like in the business manual.
Keep yourself a list of job sites or better yet make a directory for your bookmarks and keep them there. When you have a few minutes during the week, say at 3AM after you are finished uploading your free pictures, go to one of the sites and use company names in the search blocks. Here’s one: go here and choose the Mortgage/Real Estate category and then for job detail keywords put in a company name like “fidelity”.

I talk with over a hundred field reps a month and I always ask if they are approaching their local lenders for work. If not, they are probably missing some very good opportunities.
Here’s a link to a site you might want to look at. Seems to me it might be a good place to find out which lenders are hiring and therefore might be busy enough to need your help.
