- Has anyone else had problems with a company called five brothers? I've had nothing but trouble! I've worked for two months, have about $3500.00 in out-of-pocket expenses. I have drove all over the state. Been up all night sending in my pix & docs. These people are refusing to pay me. What can be done about it? I don't have the time & money to work for free plus pay all the expenses. I'm sure that it ain't just me. I want to see this company exposed for the crooked bastards that they are......

- Really enjoy reading posts on your website. I am just starting in the field inspection business after paying way too much to get into it. Foolishly listened to a ladies story who was "retiring from the business" and sold me part of her territory, which did not work out the way she said. She has done this to several others, even selling the same territory several times. I did receive a copy of your e-book from her which was very helpful. So far I am only working for one company. Also, am having trouble getting E & O Insurance. Tried OREP.org and can only get $500,000 coverage there. If you could point me the right direction with insurance, it would be greatly appreciated. I know this is not your problem, but I really want to make this work and am not sure where to go at this point. Thanks for your consideration. Please respond to email listed.
- The company that I contract with is taking about two weeks to proccess my jobs. Then they don't pay for about another two weeks after they proccess. Is that normal for property preservation?
- WHat do you know about the company US Best Repairs? A friend of mine is doing grass cuts for them and claims to be doing pretty well. Are they worth trying to get on with?
- What is a property condition report and a QC Form completed on the property?
- what is the average pay for inspections and I was working for a guy and most only paid five dollars a home . I was spending more in gas. Ridiculous.
- What is the fee for a typical preservation job? (debris removal, winterization, lawn maintenance etc..)
- What is the typical cost of errors and ommissions insurance?
