The InspectorADE Homepage

Once you log in to the InspectorADE website, the homepage is the main control center for managing your inspections. This is where you will see your assigned work, upcoming due dates, and any important items that require your attention.

Key Sections on the Homepage

• Inspection List
This is the most important area. It shows every inspection currently assigned to you, organized by due date if your column preferences are set correctly.

• Top Navigation Bar
You will see tabs such as:

  • Home

  • Inspections

  • Routes

  • Resources

  • Support

  • Profile

  • Store

  • Logout

The tabs you will use most often are Inspections, Resources, and Profile.

• Status Bars
Some accounts display colored bars showing:

  • New inspections

  • Follow-ups required

  • Completed but not uploaded

  • Urgent items

Always pay attention to these indicators.

What You Should Focus On

1. Your Pending Inspections
This list tells you exactly what is due, what is overdue, and what needs immediate action.

2. The Due Dates
Always check which inspections are due today or within the next 24 hours.

3. Window Start Dates
Some inspections cannot be completed until the window start date arrives.
If the window start date is in the future, that inspection will not appear on the mobile app until the day before the window opens.

4. Follow-Up Requests
If NMFS sends you a follow-up, you will see it reflected in the comments or status area.
These require urgent attention.

Homepage Best Practices

  • Log in daily, even if you think you have no new inspections.

  • Always confirm your due dates before planning your route.

  • Review each inspection on the website first before going into the field.

  • Do not rely on the mobile app alone — it is only a tool for field reporting.

  • The website is your true source of inspection information and instructions.

If you still require assistance and are unable to contact InspectorADE or NMFS, try their Support section on the InspectorADE website.  Some of it it pretty old, but they have been adding helpful video and tutorials on how to use their product.
