The Resources Tab

The Resources tab in InspectorADE is where you will find important documents, forms, and reference materials provided by NMFS or the client. This section is not tied to any specific work order. Instead, it contains items that may apply to multiple inspections.

What You Will Find in the Resources Tab

• Client-Specific Forms
Some clients require unique forms such as:

  • First Time Vacancy (FTV) forms

  • Insurance Loss documents

  • Satisfactory completion forms

  • Special occupancy or contact forms

Always use the form that matches the client listed on your work order.

• General Inspection Templates
These may include:

  • Door cards

  • No-contact notices

  • Safety reminders

  • Policy notices

• Posting Materials
If a client requires a posting at the property, the printable form will often be found here.

• Reference Guides
Some guides explain:

  • Lockbox instructions

  • Photo requirements

  • Client reporting rules

  • Special policies unique to certain investors

When to Use the Resources Tab

Use this section when:

  • Your inspection instruction sheet tells you to post a specific notice

  • The work order mentions an attached form, but there is no attachment

  • You need a new blank copy of an FTV or client posting

  • You want to read additional details about a client’s inspection standards

  • You need a document that is not tied to one specific job

If the instructions tell you to leave an envelope, post a letter, or leave a notice, it will either be in the Attachments section of the work order or in the Resources tab.

Important Notes

  • Always match the form to the client.
Each client has their own version of the FTV or occupancy form.
    Do not mix them.

  • Do not print from old copies stored on your computer.
Forms may be updated without notice.
Always use the most recent version from Resources.

  • Not all clients require the same postings.
Always double-check the work order first.

Summary

The Resources tab is your backup library for forms and documents you may need while completing inspections. When in doubt, look here or match what is listed in the work order.
