The Profile Tab

Your Profile tab in InspectorADE contains your personal inspector information. This is where you can confirm that NMFS has your correct details on file.


What You Will See in Your Profile

• Your Name
Your full legal name as registered with NMFS.

• Phone Number
Your primary contact number.
This must always be accurate so NMFS can reach you if needed.

• Address
Your mailing address.
Used for correspondence and account verification.

• Shield ID (formerly Aspen Grove ABC Number)
This number verifies that you passed the required background check.
You may see it listed as:

  • Shield ID

  • ABC#

  • Aspen Grove ID

They all refer to the same identifier.

• Email Address
Your login email and the address where IA system notices are sent.


What You Should Confirm

Before you begin inspections, make sure:

  • Your Shield ID is correct

  • Your phone number is correct

  • Your email address is correct

  • Your address is current

If anything is wrong, notify NMFS immediately.


Multi-User Accounts (Important)

InspectorADE allows you to create a Multi-User Account if you work for more than one company.

This feature:

  • Combines all inspections from all companies into one login

  • Prevents you from logging in and out repeatedly

  • Simplifies your workload

NMFS uses multi-user accounts on our end so our staff can view all client work from a single dashboard.

You may use this feature if you are contracted with multiple companies that also use InspectorADE.


What Not to Change

Do not change:

  • Your username

  • Your client assignments

  • Your company associations

  • Anything related to NMFS account settings

These are controlled by NMFS and must remain consistent.


Summary

Your Profile tab is your verification page. It shows your Shield ID, contact information, and general account details. Ensure everything is accurate and up to date before completing inspections.
